Tomoaki Kobayashi is a Specially Appointed Researcher at the Institute for Global Health Policy Research under the Bureau of International Health Cooperation at the National Center for Global Health and Medicine in Japan. He is a cardiologist. After several years of clinical experience, he entered Osaka University Graduate School of Medicine in 2023. He is particularly interested in disease prevention and effect prediction using predictive models, and plans to conduct research to evaluate the visualization of the effects of medical intervention from the perspective of health economics.
