My research focuses on assessing the effectiveness of healthcare systems and the quality of healthcare services provided. I would like to build evidence to support healthcare policymaking.

NARRATIVE CV

Arisa Iba is a Senior Research Fellow of the Institute for Global Health Policy Research under the Bureau of International Health Cooperation at the National Center for Global Health and Medicine. She received her MD from Kobe University in 2014. She is a board-certified member of the Japanese Society of Internal Medicine. After several years of clinical experience, she received her PhD from the University of Tokyo in 2022. Her current study focus is the quality of healthcare services and the effectiveness of the healthcare delivery system, especially those provided in primary care.
